How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website. Once you find a desirable design, choose the product parameters (size and material) and select any additional options. Then, add the product to the cart. When you’re done shopping, fill in the order form, make the payment and voila, your order is placed! You can also place orders via telephone at +48 730 801 808 from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or via email at kontakt@lorenso.pl.

How long will it take to produce my order?

Depending on the size of the order, it usually takes us up to 48h from the moment your payment is registered in our account to complete it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We always strive to ensure that our products reach Customers as soon as possible. We ship the orders with trusted and reliable courier companies that deliver them to our Customers within 48h.

What is the shipping cost and what delivery options are available?

To ensure that our products arrive at your doorstep safely and in perfect condition, we only ship them with trusted and reputable courier companies. Depending on the size of your package, the shipping cost starts at 15.88 EUR.

What payment methods are available?

For your convenience, our store offers different payment methods. You can pay for your order via a traditional bank transfer, using the PayU online payment system or only once your package arrives – by selecting the cash on delivery option.

Is it possible to collect my order in person?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Our products are shipped with courier companies who deliver secured packages directly to the address provided by the Customer.

Can I receive an invoice?

In order to request an invoice, complete the applicable fields when placing an order through our website or ask for it when placing an order via phone or email. We will send the document via mail or digitally, via email.

Is it possible to cancel/change my order?

It all depends on the stage of realisation of your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately via email (kontakt@lorenso.pl) or call us at (+48 730 801 808).

How can I customise the designs?

Our team of graphic designers can customise your chosen design in many ways. This includes reframing it, adding colour filters (e.g. black-and-white) or a sepia effect. You can also request more complex changes while placing an order in the “comments” section or contact customer service directly via phone (+48 730 801 808) or email (kontakt@lorenso.pl)

Will the colours of the product be the same as the colours on the screen?

The colours of the print may be slightly different than the ones you see on the screen. It depends on your display settings, current lighting and the properties of the material used for that specific product.

How do you secure the packages?

Our products are prepared for shipping with great care to protect them during transit. Every product is secured with bubble wrap and packaged in cardboard.

What materials do you use to print wallpapers? Are they durable?

We print our wallpapers on fleece interfacing with an outer layer of durable vinyl. Fusible fleece is made of synthetic fibres that fuse when exposed to high temperatures in a state-of-the-art production process with the use of industry-leading technologies. The outer vinyl layer protects the decoration from harmful external factors, such as humidity, dirt and solar radiation.

What to do when a package arrives damaged?

If you realise that your package is damaged, immediately report that to the courier. Open the package in the courier’s presence, fill in the report and contact us (kontakt@lorenso.pl) to describe the situation. Make sure to attach photographs of both the package and the damaged product.
